Develop realistic project plans, manage risks, dependencies, and changes, and drive corrective actions when needed.
Create alignment across product management, R&D, line management, quality, operations, and senior leadership to enable effective decision-making and execution.
Ensure effective integration between technical disciplines, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and removing barriers that impact delivery.
Drive proactive risk identification, mitigation planning, and escalation management to address challenges before they affect project outcomes.
Translate complex technical topics into clear business-oriented recommendations and communicate project status, risks, and strategic decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams and across the organization.

Your background

University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, Industrial Management, or a related technical field.
Extensive experience leading R&D and product development projects in complex technology environments.
Proven ability to independently manage project planning, governance, risk management, and change control, while effectively engaging stakeholders, influencing decisions, and navigating complex organizational environments.
