Your responsibilities include:

Contributing to test automation frameworks and improving overall test coverage and development practices
Working closely with cross‑functional agile teams to continuously improve software quality and delivery processes
Monitoring and evaluating quality metrics and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Staying up to date with industry best practices, modern QA methodologies, and emerging technologies, including AI‑assisted testing approaches
Documenting test plans, test results, and quality standards across the development lifecycle
In your daily work, you will collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, Technical Leads, and Operations teams, ensuring alignment across technical and business needs while driving quality across the full development lifecycle.
You are a structured and analytical quality professional with strong ownership and a proactive approach to ensuring high‑quality outcomes. You are comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams, and you focus on identifying and resolving issues early to enable smooth and reliable delivery.
You combine hands‑on testing expertise with a continuous improvement mindset and an interest in modern technologies shaping the future of software quality.
To be a great fit for this position, we believe you have:
