Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) has been the key player in the travel industry since it was founded in Australia in 1982. With presence in more than 20 countries and global partner networks covering 90 countries, they dominate both Leisure and Corporate Travel.
To keep things moving, they use Agile principles with 30-minute daily stand-ups and two-week sprints. But it's not all high-speed; they've built in a one-week "breather" for thoughtful planning between cycles, alongside quarterly sessions where every single member participates to define the horizon.
They embrace team work where communication is the cornerstone. They will actively encourage you to share constructive insights, so you can be capable of educating others through internal communication channels on best practices.
