As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you take a leading and proactive role in shaping quality across the organization. You do not wait for work to come to you—instead, you actively engage with teams, identify gaps, and drive improvements in testing practices and automation.

You define and implement testing standards and frameworks, and actively work across teams to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities.

You work closely with development and QA engineers across teams, ensuring clear, high-quality test reporting in English. The team you’ll join:

Every team that contributes to the TST, ACC and Production environments content is your partner in the day-to-day running – so that's a big group; but the coordination and your own team is the IT/Performance & Monitoring team of C&D. This core team deals with central solutions and problems regarding monitoring, performance and is currently investigating how the use of the Test systems can be improved, how QA Automation can be promoted as a shared knowledge center, and disruptions can be better managed.
