In this role you will shape cloud-based software solutions for law firms as a hands-on Senior Python Developer / Consultant. You will work directly with clients on bespoke projects, owning delivery from design to deployment. Expect greenfield development and rapid iteration within a growing, profitable scale-up. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable Python/AWS applications and drive impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities
Lead client bespoke development projects end-to-end
Design and build cloud-based applications using Python and AWS
Make technical decisions and own delivery outcomes
Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams
Work independently with fast feedback on results
Contribute to product direction and raise the bar on engineering practices
Key requirements
Strong Python backend development experience, ideally with FastAPI
Experience with AWS, including Amazon CDK
Solid understanding of DevOps principles
Full software development lifecycle knowledge and modern engineering practices
Business acumen and start-up/SME experience
Proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to the product
Degree educated in Computer Science or related field
Active GitHub account and/or personal projects (preferred)
