Lead-level software engineer (10-15 yrs) building production-grade, cloud-native Python backend applications on AWS at an office in Hinjewadi, Pune. Core stack: Django/Flask/FastAPI REST APIs, distributed microservices, AWS (Lambda, EC2, RDS, DynamoDB), Docker/Kubernetes/Terraform and CI/CD; GoLang exposure a plus.

Software Engineer (MTS IV – Lead) | Python Backend + AWS Cloud

We are looking for a highly experienced Software Engineer / Technical Lead (10–15 Years) with strong hands-on expertise in Python backend development and cloud-native application engineering on AWS.

What we are looking for:

Strong hands-on experience in Python backend development (Django / Flask / FastAPI / REST APIs)
Proven experience in designing distributed systems & microservices architectures
Deep practical expertise in AWS Cloud (Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM, CloudWatch)
Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform & CI/CD pipelines
Experience building scalable, production-grade cloud-native applications (not just migrations or cloud support)
Strong understanding of system design, observability, performance optimization & fault tolerance
Exposure to GoLang is a plus

Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune (Work from Office)

Experience: 10–15 Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner / Maximum 60 Days
