Senior Project Manager at SimplifyNext – Singapore | Jobyssey

SimplifyNext is a Singapore-headquartered digital engineering firm, with offices in Thailand and Malaysia, working across three converged areas: agentic AI, AI-enabled application modernisation, and intelligent automation.

We bring strong business process consulting together with deep technology skills and modern delivery practices – product-centric, agile and AI-assisted. We build bespoke applications and AI systems, and we go deep on the platforms our clients run on, including Microsoft, AWS, ServiceNow, Databricks and UiPath. That combination of engineering depth and platform depth is what our clients come to us for.

We build and modernise the systems people depend on daily. Our 300+ practitioners are multi-disciplinary by design – business consultants, software engineers, architects, AI engineers and designers working on the same delivery, not handing off between silos. We focus on delivering outcomes for clients, building strong careers for our people, and staying ahead of the technology curve. We hire because we are growing.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivering customer digital products from discovery through launch, using agile delivery practices. This role sits at the intersection of project management discipline and digital product thinking – partnering closely with customers, product owners, designers, and engineers to ensure scope, timeline, quality, and commercial outcomes are consistently met.

- Track progress, report status, and ensure delivery stays within agreed budget and quality standards.
Agile Execution & Ceremonies
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Champion agile best practices, driving iterative development and adaptive planning across teams.
- Customer & Stakeholder PartnershipAct as the main point of contact for delivery updates, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.

10 - 15 years of experience managing digital projects or product delivery in an agile environment.
Proven experience leading full software or digital product delivery lifecycles.
Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
Working knowledge of digital product development, including release cycles and prioritisation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, risks, and dependencies in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with delivery tools and collaboration platforms used in agile teams (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
Experienced in delivering complex projects in the Singapore Public Sector or large enterprises.

Good-to-Have

Background in product management, digital transformation, or software delivery.
Experience working with internal teams and external customers in a service or agency setting.
Certification or hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or similar frameworks (e.g. CSM, PMI-ACP).
Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, CITPM, COMIT, PMI) is an advantage.

Not for You If

This role is not a fit if:

You prefer working on internal, back-office projects rather than live customer-facing products.
You see agile ceremonies as a formality rather than a working discipline.
You're looking for a pure product management role without delivery accountability.
You're uncomfortable being the primary point of contact for customer escalations.
