Senior Project Manager - E-Commerce, Marketing & Strategic Partnerships

About the Role

We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Project Manager with strong expertise in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Development, and Strategic Partnerships to work closely with the President on high-impact business initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded professional who can move beyond project coordination and take ownership of strategic projects from concept through execution, while confidently engaging with international federations, sponsors, partners, agencies, and senior stakeholders.

This is a high-visibility, highly independent role requiring strong business acumen, executive communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to work directly with the President on critical business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the President to plan, execute, and monitor strategic business projects and initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects across E-Commerce, Marketing, Brand, Business Development, Partnerships, and Operations.
• Develop project strategies, timelines, milestones, budgets, KPIs, and execution plans.
• Take ownership of projects from ideation → planning → execution → monitoring → completion.
• Drive e-commerce initiatives across D2C, marketplaces, digital commerce, customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
• Work closely with Marketing teams to develop and execute brand, digital marketing, campaign, customer acquisition, and growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with international sports federations, associations, sponsors, partners, agencies, and commercial stakeholders.
• Represent the organization in meetings and discussions with senior external stakeholders on behalf of the President when required.
• Develop partnership proposals, sponsorship opportunities, commercial concepts, presentations, and business cases.
• Identify opportunities for new partnerships, sponsorships, markets, channels, and revenue streams.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered within agreed timelines and objectives.
• Monitor project performance through KPIs, financial metrics, revenue impact, ROI, timelines, and business outcomes.
• Conduct market, competitor, consumer, and industry research to support strategic decision-making.
• Translate business objectives into actionable project plans and ensure execution across relevant teams.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, presentations, business updates, and recommendations for the President and senior management.
• Identify project risks, bottlenecks, dependencies, and opportunities and proactively recommend solutions.
• Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution quality.
• Work with external agencies, consultants, vendors, sponsors, and strategic partners where required.
• Support international expansion and initiatives across UK, USA, Germany, Australia, and other global markets.
• Ensure strong alignment between commercial objectives, marketing strategy, e-commerce performance, brand positioning, and business growth.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is:

• A senior, commercially driven business professional, not a traditional administrative project manager.
• Highly confident working directly with C-level executives and senior leadership.
• Strong in e-commerce and digital business models.
• Experienced in marketing strategy, campaigns, customer acquisition, and brand growth.
• Comfortable negotiating and communicating with international federations, sponsors, associations, partners, and senior external stakeholders.
• Strong in presentations, business proposals, negotiations, and executive communication.
• Able to understand commercial numbers and connect projects to revenue, growth, ROI, and business impact.
• Highly independent, proactive, structured, and execution-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international business environment.
• Capable of representing the President/company professionally in high-level discussions.

Mandatory Requirements

• 10–15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience in E-Commerce / Digital Commerce.
• Strong understanding of Marketing and Brand Strategy.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale or strategic cross-functional projects.
• Experience in Business Development / Partnerships / Sponsorships is highly preferred.
• Experience dealing with international organizations, federations, associations, sponsors, or strategic partners.
• Excellent English communication and executive presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Foreign-qualified degree is mandatory — preferably from a recognized university in the UK, USA, Europe, Australia, Canada, or another internationally recognized institution.
• Willingness to work on-site in Islamabad.
• International exposure and experience working across multiple markets is strongly preferred.
