• Agile Leadership: Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives for two dedicated development squads.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify bottlenecks and develop contingency plans to keep timelines on track.
• Resource Allocation: Manage project budgets exceeding $2M and coordinate vendor relationships.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 6+ years of project management experience in a SaaS or tech-forward environment.

• Tech Stack: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, and Slack.
• Communication: Ability to explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders without losing the "why."
• Mindset: A "get-it-done" attitude with a high degree of empathy for the end-user experience.

• Health: Premium Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage (100% employer-paid for individuals).
• Wealth: 401(k) with 5% immediate company match and Equity/Stock Options.
• Balance: Unlimited PTO (with a 3-week minimum) and "No-Meeting Fridays."
• Growth: $3,000 annual professional development stipend.
• Setup: One-time $1,000 home office equipment reimbursement.
