Senior Project Engineer

Your Role

Are you a forward-thinking engineer with a proven track record of bridging technical expertise, project management and strategic consulting? We are seeking an exceptional professional who can redefine how organisations engineer and accelerate product development through cutting-edge digital tools and methodologies.

At the intersection of advanced engineering and transformative consulting, we're looking for a dynamic professional who can translate complex technical capabilities into tangible business value. Your unique blend of hands-on mechanical design (or similar) experience and strategic consulting skills will be critical in helping our clients revolutionise their engineering processes.

We need an innovative thinker who has deep expertise in digital engineering platforms, specifically Siemens NX and Teamcenter, and the ability to not just implement tools, but to strategically configure and deploy them in ways that fundamentally transform engineering workflows. Your background in industries such as defence, where precision and innovation are paramount, will be a significant advantage.

This role demands more than technical proficiency – it requires a consultant who can objectively lead and deliver work packages that demonstrate how advanced digital engineering tools can dramatically accelerate product development while generating measurable business outcomes. You will spearhead a team of engineers, enabling each to bring their skillsets to the task at hand. You will bring the ability to articulate and navigate the space between the needs of engineers and the capabilities of the toolset.

First and foremost, you will be an engineering expert, experienced across all aspects of the product development cycle. You will be able to seamlessly transition between deep technical conversations with frontline engineers and high-level project discussions with senior stakeholders.

If you're ready to be at the forefront of digital engineering transformation, we want to hear from you.
