- Establish and lead a consistent delivery governance cadence, monitoring progress, resolving overdue items, and escalating exceptions or risks as needed.
- Define and manage release, decision, and delivery gates with clear criteria, target dates, and accountable decision-makers.
- Provide portfolio-level oversight of priorities, dependencies, risks, schedule conflicts, and competing demands to support leadership decision-making.
- Evaluate resource capacity across internal teams and external vendors, identify constraints and concentration risks, and recommend allocation adjustments to support delivery commitments.
- Establish and maintain consistent program management standards, processes, tools, reporting practices, and accountability frameworks across assigned programs.
- Provide functional leadership and guidance to project and program management resources, promoting consistent execution and delivery excellence.
- Coordinate launch, release-readiness, and go-live activities, ensuring critical dependencies, decisions, and commitments are actively managed.
- Develop and maintain evidence-based program reporting, leveraging SQL, spreadsheets, business intelligence tools, and other data sources to validate status and support decision-making.
- Continuously improve delivery processes, reporting, accountability, risk management, and program management practices as organizational needs evolve.
