Lead, coach, and develop Project Manager(s) responsible for individual workstreams, ensuring workstream plans align with and support overall program objectives.
Establish and maintain program governance for implementation, release management, deployment processes, and delivery standards in partnership with technical and engineering teams, holding implementation partners accountable to established governance.
Provide executive-level program reporting by synthesizing workstream progress, risks, dependencies, budget status, and overall program health into clear, actionable updates for executive stakeholders.
Own program-level change management by evaluating the cumulative impact of scope, schedule, and resource changes across workstreams and vendors, providing recommendations and trade-offs to executive leadership.
Foster strong partnerships across business leaders, technology teams, implementation partners, and vendors to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful program outcomes.
