You will own and improve the global operating model for subcontractor and services partners supporting Professional Services delivery. You will manage partner onboarding, readiness, lifecycle processes, performance, and offboarding; coordinate contracting and engagement workflows; maintain visibility into partner capacity and skills; and drive process improvements and automation across regions.
Responsibilities
- Own the subcontractor partner operating model, including company onboarding, consultant lifecycle management, access coordination, readiness tracking, status management, and offboarding.
- Develop and execute a global strategy for subcontractor and services partners using capacity, quality, and customer-satisfaction metrics.
- Manage strategic relationships with subcontractor and services partners.
- Identify staffing needs, evaluate partner resources, and maintain visibility into partner skills, capacity, rates, and specialty coverage.
- Support contract and engagement workflows, including work authorizations, purchase orders, invoice routing, retainers, and renewals.
- Improve partner readiness through onboarding guidance, enablement expectations, shadowing requirements, certification alignment, and delivery standards.
- Establish performance scorecards, feedback loops, and compliance mechanisms.
- Drive process improvement and automation for partner onboarding, engagement workflows, and subcontractor operations systems.
Requirements
- Experience in subcontractor partner management, Professional Services operations, partner programs, channel or ecosystem roles, or services-partner management within a technology company.
- Experience building, managing, and improving partner operating models or programs for scalable services delivery.
- Knowledge of partner administration, contract processes, and terms and conditions management.
- Ability to work across Professional Services, Sales, Ecosystems, Marketing, Enablement, Finance, Legal, IT, Security, and regional delivery stakeholders.
- Experience managing strategic partner relationships and working with internal stakeholders and external partner executives.
- Program and project management skills, including process documentation, workflow improvement, governance, reporting, and global operations.
- Ability to track partner performance, capacity, readiness, and risk and translate findings into recommendations.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management, professional services automation, procurement, partner portal tools, and GitLab.
