Senior Product Owner Zscaler

Job Description

Protect Rabobank with a critical cybersecurity service for 50,000+ colleagues by shaping a secure, stable and seamless digital workplace globally.

Set the strategic direction for Rabobank’s cybersecurity service, “End User & Application Protection” built on Zscaler, by leading roadmap execution and ensuring robust controls that protect employees, applications, data, and digital workplaces across a highly regulated global banking environment.

• Define, communicate and execute the strategy and roadmap for End User & Application Protection.

• Own the complete product lifecycle, including adoption, development, optimisation, governance and continuous improvement of the Zscaler platform.

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across Technology, Security, Workplace Services, Risk, Compliance, Architecture and business domains.

• 36-40 hours per week.

• 50,000+ colleagues depend on a secure, stable and seamless digital workplace experience.

• 9+ million customers in over 40 countries rely on technology that is always on, always secure and always ready, 24/7.

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for End User & Application Protection, aligning security services with Rabobank’s business and technology ambitions.

• Own and prioritise the product backlog, balance business value, customer needs, security, operational stability, regulatory requirements and compliance objectives.

• Track product performance, service quality, compliance and business outcomes through KPIs, using your data, stakeholder feedback and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

You ensure that security standards, operational resilience and regulatory requirements are integrated into the product roadmap, and delivery. By driving these priorities, you contribute directly to Rabobank's strategic ambitions and our ability to demonstrate that we are secure, compliant, resilient, and in control.

At Rabobank, we believe in the power of differences. By bringing together people with diverse backgrounds, ideas, and experiences, we build better solutions for our customers and for society. In Distributed Networks, part of the Foundation4Tech tribe, you will join a team where your contribution matters, your perspective is valued, and you have the opportunity to help shape secure and reliable digital services for the bank. We are excited to discover what you will bring to the team.

The 250+ people of Foundation4Tech form a global IT powerhouse inside Rabobank. They drive innovation and excellence in IT services and ensure seamless and secure operations across servers, storage, operating systems, databases, networks and end user & application protection. Collaboration is our approach; as one smart, agile and secure team within Rabobank. Together, the team focuses on protecting Rabobank’s licence to operate, delivering managed and standardised services and enabling effective teamwork. At Foundation4Tech, we keep the technology running, are always on, always secure and always ready.

For us, your development and that of society go hand in hand. That’s why we want to invest in you and work together for a better world. We summarise this in one sentence: ‘At Rabobank, you work on yourself and the world around you at the same time.’ You’ll see this reflected in your personal development budget, our hybrid working environment, and a healthy balance between work and home. You can work on banking services for our private and business customers, as well as societal issues such as food and energy transitions.

At Rabobank, we believe we become stronger through people who complement each other. By embracing our differences, we bring out the best in one another. We seek diversity in areas such as knowledge, skills, and experience, but also in gender, background, and culture. Across every department, we strive for variety and the freedom to be yourself, whoever you are. That’s what diversity and inclusion at Rabobank is all about.

• Experience with backlog ownership, lifecycle management, governance and continuous improvement.

• Ability to use KPIs, product performance data, service quality insights, stakeholder feedback and industry trends to improve outcomes.

• Stakeholder management skills across Technology, Security, Workplace Services, Risk, Compliance, Architecture and business domains.

• A strategic mindset with the ability to balance business value, customer needs, security, operational stability, compliance and audit objectives.
