Senior Product Operations Manager

Are you looking to impact and be part of something special, such as shaping the future of healthcare? Are you excited to shape the operating model that enables the R&D organisation to scale? Sound like you? Keep reading.

At Semble, we are on a mission to enable health professionals to amplify their impact. We improve the way healthcare is delivered to millions of people by providing doctors and their teams with powerful, innovative, intuitive, and secure software. Our cloud-based clinical system is already used by thousands of clinicians, making their lives easier and saving them money, while structuring their health data to help research.

We are a passionate and driven team, proud to unite under strong cultural drivers:
Impact - We do work that matters.
Collaboration - We are in it together.
Human touch - We care deeply.

This role can be fully remote in the UK and France (with occasional travel to our London or Paris offices) within +/- 2 hours of the GMT zone. We are unfortunately not able to consider candidates located outside these locations and time zones at this stage.

What you will be doing
We're looking for a Product Operations Manager to build the operational backbone of our product organisation. Reporting to the Head of Product, you'll own the systems and cadences that keep Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-market aligned, and build the AI-powered workflows and automations that let a lean team move like a much bigger one.
- Establish the operating cadence. Build and run the rhythms that keep the product org aligned and moving fast, along with the processes and tools that enable quicker, better-informed decisions. - Ensure OKRs are tracked and effectively measure impact and outcomes.
- Transform data into actionable insights. Build and maintain frameworks for capturing, organising, and centralising user feedback, including early access and beta releases. Partner with Data Analytics to build dashboards on product and customer health, and synthesise feedback, usage data, and support trends into clear opportunities that inform roadmap prioritisation.
- Own release operations, enabling teams and AI agents to continuously ship value to customers while meeting compliance, security, and regulatory standards.
- Close operational gaps at scale. Identify bottlenecks across the product development lifecycle and lead initiatives to simplify, standardise, or automate them. Build checklists, playbooks, and self-serve resources that support product teams from ideation through post-launch and establish repeatable ways to measure and iterate on efficiency gains.
- Champion AI adoption. Stay current on emerging AI tools and agent capabilities; design, pilot, and roll out AI-powered workflows and automations that measurably improve how the product team works.

What we are looking for
You’ll join a highly collaborative Product team, working closely with R&D as well as our Applied AI team. This is a hands-on, builder's role in which you’ll treat our operating model as an internal product and be accountable for its impact.

- Experience building, scaling, or meaningfully shaping a Product Operations framework, not just operating within one already in place, that increased the team impact.
- Systems thinker, has a track record of designing and scaling operational systems, launch processes, planning cadences, or feedback frameworks in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- 4–7 years of experience in product operations, technical program management, product management, or strategy/consulting; ideally at a fast-growing technology or AI company.
- Hands-on experience building, deploying, or extensively using AI agents, automations, or AI-powered workflows in a professional setting.
- Strong data literacy; comfortable translating data into dashboards and decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior and executive stakeholders.
- Experience in the HealthTech or healthcare industry (nice-to-have, not mandatory).
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in healthcare in the UK and/or France (nice-to-have, not mandatory).
- Proficiency in the French language (nice-to-have, not mandatory).

What you’ll get in return
- The great feeling coming with knowing you do something that matters: shaping the future of healthcare!
- £75,000–95,000 (based on your experience and the value you can bring)
- Autonomy and ownership – we’ll set the vision and share the context, then we trust you to run with things – that’s the reason we hire you!
- 36 days off: 25 holidays +bank holidays +3 extra days (birthday and ‘feel good’ days) - that we will expect you to actually take so you can recharge and rest.
- Comprehensive health & wellbeing support – including private health insurance, and mental health support and free therapy sessions through Oli.
- Hybrid & flexible work environment – work from anywhere in the UK or France, with some flexibility to work across Europe. You decide how much or how little you go to the office.
- Get the tech you need - You will get the latest MacBook and take your pick across a wide range of equipment to set up your home office ergonomically.
- Work alongside an inspiring team – our two founders have started Semble after a successful startup exit, and your future colleagues are all knowledgeable and innovators in their field.
- Fantastic office space in Central London/Paris - with a roof terrace, weekly animations, loads of natural light, and cute doggies!
- The usual free bits coming with nice offices (barista coffee, tea, fruits, happy hours and activities...).

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and all walks of life, including any typically underrepresented groups in the technology industry. We also encourage applications from disabled and neurodiverse candidates, so if there are any adjustments we can make to support you throughout the recruitment process, please do let us know.
