You will lead an already established Identity & Audience team to grow Verve's presence in the AdTech space through the innovative execution of key strategic initiatives. What You Will Bring

- Self-starter & self-motivator - you don’t wait to be told what needs to be done; you take full ownership of product initiatives
- Collaborator & communicator - you can gather tech and business stakeholders across functions & levels around you to work towards a common goal, speaking their language
- Achiever - You focus on outcomes & prefer to have something done rather than have it perfect; you value an iterative process
- Data-driven - you value the power of data and can perform data analysis to make decisions / assess results based on metrics
