Senior Product Manager

Join Truecaller – The place where innovation meets impact!

• We are trusted by over 500 million active users every month across 190+ countries
• We identify over 15 billion calls daily, helping users avoid spam and scams
• We are powered by a team of 400+ employees from 45+ nationalities

We always look for people who take initiative, own their work, and keep raising the bar. An entrepreneurial mindset matters here, especially when it turns bold ideas into real actions. We stay collaborative and focused, always searching for smarter paths forward. If you want to make an impact and grow with a team that inspires millions, you’ll fit right in.

The role:

You will be the Senior Product Manager for the Truecaller iOS app. You’ll work across multiple surfaces of the app: Caller ID & Spam Blocking, Premium subscriptions, Onboarding, Family Protection, and a fast-growing Travel eSIM business. This is a broad, senior IC role. You get real autonomy and real accountability. You find the problems worth solving, build conviction with data, ship, measure & iterate. The right person is hands-on. You prototype your own ideas, write your own queries, and use AI as a force multiplier, not a novelty. You care about craft, in the product and in how you communicate.

What you'll do:

• Own the roadmap for multiple product surfaces, from quarterly plans down to individual tickets
• Run high-velocity experiments: design A/B tests, define success metrics, read results honestly, kill your own ideas when the data says so
• Prioritize ruthlessly. Engineering capacity is finite, and the surface is large; you decide what doesn't get built
• Partner daily with engineering, design, and data analysts
• Be the voice of the customer: user interviews, App Store reviews, support tickets, and turn that signal into roadmap decisions
• Communicate clearly: weekly updates, decision docs, and the occasional hard conversation with stakeholders
• Prototype with AI tools and pick up small dev tickets yourself (within guardrails)

What you bring:

• 5+ years in product management, mostly on consumer mobile apps at scale
• Deep knowledge of the iOS ecosystem: App Store dynamics, iOS frameworks, Apple's platform constraints, In-App Purchase mechanics
• A great sense of design. You can tell good UX from poor UX and explain why
• Fluency in experimentation: hypothesis design, A/B testing, reading results, statistical significance
• Embrace ambiguity and create clarity where there is none
• Comfort using AI end-to-end: prototyping, analyzing data, executing small dev tasks yourself
• Fast learner. You pick up new domains (payments, telecom, platform APIs) quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication

It would be great if you also have:

• Previous dev experience, especially mobile. You can read code and earn engineers' respect
• Experience taking over an established product with millions of users, where every change carries real risk
• Exposure to subscriptions, payments, or telecom products

What we offer:

We support growth through learning resources, leadership programs, mentoring, and real hands-on work. People can move between teams and projects to build new skills and keep things interesting. We offer clear internal mobility and a transparent path for progression, with leaders who stay involved and provide guidance throughout the year. In addition, you will benefit from:

• A comprehensive compensation package: We offer a competitive salary, 30 days of paid vacation, private health insurance, parental leave top-up, pension, and wellness contributions.
• Modern tools to do your best work: Choose your preferred computer and phone within our budget, so you can work comfortably and efficiently.
• A people-focused office culture: We value in-person collaboration and follow an office-first model, with some flexibility. Our offices offer a vibrant environment with opportunities to learn, connect, and recharge, from breakfast, lunch, and well-stocked snack stations and quiet spaces to team activities such as movie nights, tech meetups, and cultural events. There's something for everyone.
• Truecaller’s “Lab Days” offer a space for imagination: 5 times per year for 3 days, where everyone steps away from their normal tasks to explore new, bold ideas and build things they’ve always wanted to. It’s a space where curiosity leads the way, and prototypes take shape. Some concepts even make it into production, and a few have grown into real features used by millions today. Lab Days allow you to be creative, learn fast, and help shape Truecaller's future.
