About the team
We deliver comprehensive solutions that facilitate the growth and success of Amazon's partners, both Selling Partners and internal retail teams, across the entire vendor lifecycle.
Our team owns a portfolio of 20+ products spanning six critical areas of the Retail lifecycle: onboarding, listing & catalog management, availability, business growth, profitability, support & communication, and business planning & negotiation.
What makes PGX unique is our EU-centric yet global approach. We leverage our proximity to Europe's sophisticated retail environment to build solutions that start regionally but scale worldwide. We collaborate extensively with global and regional tech teams, employing a strategic divide-and-conquer approach that accelerates innovation while avoiding duplication.
Our culture is built on five core tenets: We're EU-centric yet global in our solutions. We put customers first, prioritizing end customers, then selling partners, then Amazon. We embrace continuous learning, staying stubborn on vision but flexible on details. We champion standardization through reusable software architecture. And we believe less is more, building simple, intuitive experiences over complex one-size-fits-all solutions.
The team operates in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where product managers work closely with engineering, UX, science, and business stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones. You'll partner with central platform teams, regional retail organizations, and global tech leaders to shape product strategy that directly impacts billions in revenue and millions of customer experiences.
This is an opportunity to join a team that's redefining Selling Partner experience at Amazon scale, working on products that matter to vendors worldwide while being part of a culture that values innovation, customer obsession, and technical excellence.
