Senior PM at a Series C small-business fintech, owning the roadmap for customer-facing AI features and SMB financial workflows (onboarding, invoicing, automation, reconciliation, API integrations). Hybrid role in New York City applying LLMs and agentic workflows with experimentation-driven decisions.
Join the product team at a Series C small-business fintech platform, owning key parts of the customer experience from onboarding to everyday financial workflows. You will help make complex financial tasks easier through thoughtful product design, integrations, and customer-facing AI.
Own the roadmap for customer-facing AI features that make financial work easier, faster, and more intuitive.
Improve the customer journey from signup through activation and ongoing engagement.
Build and enhance tools for invoicing, workflow automation, reminders, reconciliation, and other daily financial operations.
Lead partner integration and API strategy across accounting, payments, payroll, and business software.
Apply LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation to customer problems while balancing usefulness, accuracy, privacy, and risk.
Run experiments across onboarding, activation, adoption, and retention, using clear success metrics to guide decisions.
Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Compliance, and go-to-market teams to bring products to market.
5 to 15 years of product management experience at a senior product manager level.
Experience building integrations, APIs, or platform products.
Experience working on AI products or AI-enabled workflows, including LLMs or agentic workflows.
Experience with chatbot and checkout experiences is relevant to this role.
Strong experimentation skills and the ability to collaborate across product, technical, risk, and go-to-market teams.
Background in fintech, business banking, or financial services is relevant.
Annual salary range: $160,000 to $200,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Hybrid position based in New York City, New York, with 2 to 3 days onsite each week.
