ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Clari + Salesloft are building the next era of enterprise revenue — one where teams make confident decisions powered by AI and real signals. By combining our scale, insights, and AI innovation, we’re building the industry’s first Predictive Revenue System, enabling humans and AI to work together to make smarter decisions and drive consistent growth.

With thousands of customers using our platforms every day, we have an unmatched view into how revenue is actually won — the Revenue Context that reveals what happens, when, and with what outcome. This gives us a unique opportunity to transform an entire category and set a new benchmark for how modern revenue teams operate.

Join us to help transform how companies around the world run revenue — and build the platform that will guide leading revenue teams into the future.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Clari + Salesloft, we’re building the industry’s first predictive revenue system - transforming how revenue leaders forecast outcomes, assess risk, and drive execution across their teams. As Senior Product Manager, you will work with our Revenue Intelligence team delivering AI-generated insights and projections that revenue leaders can trust - connecting signals across the entire revenue lifecycle to turn insight into action. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Product Management team and will be the strategic champion leading the discovery, definition, and delivery of core capabilities within our platform.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for owning the predictive revenue engine for sales forecasting, defining its multi-quarter roadmap, and partnering with engineering and design teams to build scalable, high-adoption features. Specifically, you will:

• Own the Product Strategy: Drive the vision and roadmap for your product domain by balancing customer feedback, competitive analysis, and long-term business strategy to ensure we maintain our industry-leading edge.
• Lead Product Discovery: Deeply understand buyer and seller personas. Conduct user research, synthesize quantitative data, and run experimentation loops to validate user needs and flesh out clear, actionable product requirements.
• Execute & Deliver: Partner closely as the core product owner alongside dedicated Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and UX Designers to translate user stories into technical requirements and guide features from concept through successful launch.
• Define & Track Success Metrics: Establish clear, measurable KPIs for product releases (e.g., adoption rate, retention, feature usage). Continuously monitor metrics post-launch to iterate and optimize the user experience.
• Enable Cross-Functional Teams: Act as the subject matter expert for your product domain, collaborating with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure internal alignment, clear launch documentation, and external market readiness.

In addition to working with amazing colleagues who exemplify our ‘team over self’ core value, you will also have the opportunity to shape the next chapter of our revenue platform - where AI and human judgment work together to power modern revenue teams. This is an opportunity to build category-defining products at the intersection of AI, forecasting, and revenue operations to make a meaningful impact on how businesses grow.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a bias-towards-action, data-driven, and highly collaborative product leader who thrives on solving ambiguous, complex user problems. You possess a unique blend of business acumen and technical curiosity, allowing you to speak the language of engineers while staying laser-focused on customer value. You are competitive, resilient, and passionate about building beautiful products that drive real revenue outcomes.

THE SKILL SET:

• 5+ years of proven B2B software product management experience, running end-to-end product lifecycle from early-stage discovery and roadmap prioritization to successful go-to-market launches

• Strong expertise in predictive analytics and AI/ML products with a track record of building systems where accuracy, explainability, and user trust are critical

• Exceptional ability to translate ambiguity into clarity - providing thought leadership and representing the product organization on cross-company initiatives, while driving the development, communication, and execution of product strategy

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making - ability to identify key areas for future investment aligned with achieving company growth and revenue targets

• Strong emotional intelligence - proven ability to build trust with technical and business stakeholders, navigate difficult conversations, and resolve conflict in cross-functional environments
