Senior Product Manager

Resmed is a leading health technology company focused on sleep, breathing, and care delivered in the home. Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) affects over one billion people globally, yet more than 80% of cases remain undiagnosed and untreated. For too many people, recognizing a sleep health issue and receiving the right intervention remains unnecessarily difficult.

The Consumer Health team exists to change that. Our mission is to reduce the distance between recognizing a sleep health issue and receiving the right intervention. We build consumer experiences that empower people to better understand their sleep, engage with their health, and seamlessly access evidence-based care when they need it.

As consumer health technology continues to evolve, wearable devices are becoming an increasingly important part of how people understand their sleep and overall health. Through partnerships with leading innovators, including our recently announced collaboration with Oura, Resmed is building connected experiences that help consumers translate health insights into meaningful action.

The Senior Product Manager – Consumer Health will own and evolve Resmed's consumer sleep monitoring portfolio, spanning connected sleep monitoring devices, companion digital experiences, and strategic ecosystem partnerships. This role will define the product strategy for an existing portfolio while identifying new opportunities to help consumers better understand and manage their sleep health.

Resmed has the clinical expertise, global scale, and digital capabilities to fundamentally reshape how people discover, understand, and improve their sleep health. We're looking for a curious, user-obsessed Product Manager who can bring together consumer technology, healthcare, and strategic partnerships to create products that meaningfully improve lives.

• Shape the Future of Connected Sleep Health
Own the strategy and roadmap for Resmed's consumer sleep monitoring portfolio, balancing hardware, software, and connected experiences to deliver meaningful outcomes for consumers. You'll continuously evolve an existing portfolio while identifying new opportunities to expand how sleep monitoring supports better sleep health.

From whiteboard to launch (and beyond), you’ll drive your product's roadmap, tailoring your approach to its lifecycle stage. You'll balance user delight with business goals—optimizing for impact, quality, and growth at every step.

• Think Beyond the Expected
You’ll anticipate industry trends, understand shifting market dynamics, and bring strategic insight that keeps us one step ahead. Look past traditional business models and outdated assumptions. You’ll evaluate product accessibility, desirability, and value across diverse user segments—and pilot innovative go-to-market strategies to reduce risk and drive adoption.

• Build with Purpose
You’ll translate insights into product strategies, lead cross-functional execution, and ensure every release delivers real value. You’ll monitor performance, identify opportunities, and fuel the next round of improvements.

• Collaborate & Influence
You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, clinical, and commercial teams to bring products and business models to life. You’re a connector—proactive, persuasive, and focused on outcomes.

What You'll Bring

• Connected Device Product Management
Experience working with consumer wearables, connected health platforms, or external technology partners is a plus. You understand how device data, integrations, and ecosystem partnerships can enhance the consumer experience.

• User-First Mindset
Passion for user-centric product development. A deep understanding of healthcare markets. You instinctively balance user needs with strategic goals.

• Deep Experience
5+ years of product management experience, ideally building consumer hardware, connected devices, digital health products, or regulated medical technologies. Demonstrated success defining product strategy and leading cross-functional teams from concept through commercialization.

• Business & Technical Fluency
A solid grasp of commercial strategy, digital and mechanical technologies, and the nuances of healthcare (e.g., clinical, compliance, regulatory). You can connect the dots from data to decisions.

• Collaborative Energy
Excellent communication and leadership skills. You thrive in cross-functional environments and know how to move teams toward a shared vision.

• Data-driven mindset & Strategic Hustle
You’re decisive, analytical, and action-oriented. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, you prioritize ruthlessly and lead with clarity.
