About Axon
Axon’s mission is simple and bold: Protect Life.
We build technology that helps first responders, security teams, and communities act with speed, clarity, and confidence in the moments that matter most. Our Real-Time Operations (RTO) portfolio, anchored by the Fusus platform, is transforming how law enforcement, enterprise security, and international agencies detect, assess, and respond to threats.
Fusus connects live video, alerts, sensors, and location data into a unified operating picture, accessible on any device. Alerts and presence are the heartbeat of that picture. They determine what demands attention and who is in position to act. We're building intelligent, high-signal alerting and presence experiences that cut through noise and keep operators and responders locked into what matters most.
Your Impact
As Senior Product Manager for Alerts & Presence, you will define and lead the roadmap for how Fusus surfaces the right information to the right people at the right time - making alerts and responder presence the connective tissue of real-time operations.
You'll build the systems that determine what warrants attention, how it's prioritized and routed, and how operators maintain awareness of who is where. This spans alert generation from cameras, sensors, LPR, drones, and third-party sources, as well as the presence layer that tracks responder locations, unit status, and asset proximity.
Your work will enable officers, security teams, and emergency responders around the world to cut through noise, act on what matters, and coordinate with confidence. By making alerts smarter and presence data seamless, your work will help prevent harm, accelerate response, and directly advance Axon's mission to Protect Life.
