Performance @Teads
Following the merger of Teads and Outbrain in 2025, a powerful and differentiated Performance portfolio has emerged, enabling brands to drive measurable outcomes across the open web and Connected TV. By combining exclusive premium supply (inRead, Feed, CTV) with cutting-edge AI optimization, Teads now empowers Enterprise advertisers to generate high-quality traffic, engagement, and conversions - while maintaining the highest standards of brand safety and quality.
As we continue to unify these capabilities into a single, actionable platform within Teads Ad Manager, Performance is becoming one of the company’s most strategic and fastest-growing areas.

- Communicate priorities, share the vision, and align with the engineering teams and stakeholders
Manage product development & roll-out:
- Define objectives and success metrics, and monitor them accordingly
- Structure the go-to-market strategy (product marketing, internal training, etc.)
- Maintain an up-to-date plan to communicate the effort and progress
What will you bring to the team?
- A previous experience in the digital advertising sector is a must
- Proven experience of 5+ years as a Product Manager in a tech/web company
- Ability to efficiently communicate and collaborate with different departments (sales, business, engineering)
- Understanding of the product from a technology perspective
- Passionate, innovative, and fast learner
- Bachelor or Master degree in marketing or engineering
- Fluent in English and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Why be part of our Product & Engineering team?
- We value team spirit, pragmatism, listening and we encourage initiatives.
- We promote end-to-end development: “You build it, you run it, you monitor it”.
- We share knowledge and support with each other beyond any organizational boundary.
- We fix issues during a blameless postmortem and learn from it so that it doesn’t happen twice.
- We are working together to create great engineering, but we are also supportive to promote a great work-life balance.
