Senior Product Manager (m/f/d)

About BEAT81

At BEAT81, we’re on a mission to revolutionize fitness by merging the best of technology, group training, and expert coaching. As a rapidly growing fitness-tech startup, we empower people across Europe—and soon the world—to Sweat Smarter Together. Through innovative HIIT & RIDE workouts, real-time heart rate monitoring, and gamification, we’re transforming the traditional fitness experience into something dynamic, personalized, and impactful.

We’re not just building a global leader in fitness and technology; we’re building a world-class team. At BEAT81, we value passion, potential, and the power of fresh perspectives.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product & Tech team and help turn our ambitious roadmap into reality. At BEAT81, everything we build starts with the customer — across both our digital experiences and in-studio moments. Our unique business model brings end-to-end user journeys to life as a tangible, live product we get to experience and refine every single day. Join us in shaping the future of fitness and make our bold vision a reality — one heartbeat at a time.

You will:

• Own elements of the end-to-end product lifecycle for BEAT81 fitness experiences, from discovery to delivery and iteration
• Build new features and products from scratch
• Define and evolve product vision and roadmap that inspire our users to keep coming back
• Lead continuous customer discovery to deeply understand users’ needs
• Collaborate closely with software and hardware engineering and design to deliver high-quality, user-centered experiences
• You’ll work closely with the founder and product leadership to build the team from the ground up; this role is for someone who enjoys shaping structures.
• Prioritize initiatives using customer insights, product data, and business impact
• Act as a key partner to stakeholders and leadership, driving alignment and clarity
• Take full ownership of outcomes, measuring success and continuously improving the product

You have:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a startup or scale-up environment
• A strong track record of partnering closely with engineering and design teams, applying solid product practices such as roadmapping and prioritization
• Proven ownership in defining and shaping product strategy and long-term vision
• Hands-on experience leading customer discovery and making decisions grounded in user and product data
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including clear and confident executive communication
• AI-native product development knowledge: confidently use AI to go beyond analysis and daily workflow optimization - rapidly prototyping product experiences and testing ideas with working software and real users. PMs should be comfortable producing gated, review-ready code contributions that Engineering can validate, refine, and own, using AI to shorten the distance from product idea to tangible implementation
• A structured, well-organized approach to work, paired with a strong bias toward action and execution
• A user-centric mindset focused on delivering meaningful and impactful solutions
• The ability to work autonomously, take accountability, and navigate challenges effectively
• Comfort thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments that require adaptability
• A genuine passion for fitness, sports, and building products in this space
