LINQ is hiring a Product Manager to own LINQ Connect and School Fees end to end — its parent-facing mobile products that let families fund meal accounts and pay school fees in K-12 districts. Day to day this means running discovery, backlog and agile delivery with engineering, driving the roadmap, and iterating post-launch on iOS/Android B2C payments products in a regulated education domain.
We’re a high-growth software company with a big mission: empowering K-12 district teams to do more with less.
At LINQ, we get K12. That’s why we help districts transform K-12 school operations with best-in-class, cloud-based software solutions built to help districts return more resources to classrooms. Integrating finance, HR, nutrition management, and payments into a single, secure platform, LINQ reduces administrative burden. LINQ is trusted by 30% of school districts across the U.S. to help them operate more efficiently and serve over 1 billion meals to 17 million students annually, process payroll for 364,000 educators, administrators, and staff, and engage with millions of families through the free LINQ Connect app.
Our team? They’re talented, committed, and fiercely loyal problem-solvers. At LINQ, you’ll find challenging and meaningful work, a team that respects and uplifts one another, and a commitment to constant improvement. Our customers love us because we’re attentive, patient, communicative, and solutions focused. They know they can count on us to not only anticipate their needs but to deliver the right answer every time.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle for a complex, high-stakes product area — LINQ Connect and School Fees. LINQ Connect is our flagship parent-facing product, the way families fund their child's meal account, pay school fees, and see what's on the lunch menu. As our primary B2C offering, LINQ Connect and its supporting features are a critical engagement platform for districts connecting with families.
As the Senior PM, you set the strategy for your domain, own the roadmap, lead customer engagement, and drive delivery outcomes without waiting to be directed. You are the recognized expert for your product, internally and with customers, and you partner with engineering leadership on architectural decisions that shape the platform long term. Given you’ll be working on products in a complex and regulated domain, your execution and judgement in prioritization will have real impact.
Bachelor’s degree in any field, or equivalent practical experience. Domain expertise and demonstrated PM craft carry more weight than academic background.
