• Leading cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, and store teams to define features, set priorities, and assess impact

• Championing the user experience by regularly visiting stores, gathering real-world feedback, and turning insights into action

• Working with stakeholders to prioritize requests / features among competing priorities

• Analyzing data to generate user insights that assist in the prioritization and optimization of our products and features

The experience you have

• 5+ years product management experience, preferably building products in the operations space

• Experience shipping projects from 0 to 1 at a startup or early-stage company

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Strong technical acumen, with experience in project management and data analysis tools such as SQL, Looker, Jira, and Confluence

The way you work

• You are curious, believe that the best ideas can come from anywhere, and assume positive intent when working with a wide range of stakeholders

• You gain trust through open dialogue, embracing change, and actively seeking feedback

• You are able to build relationships with individuals across various levels (up to senior leadership)

• You listen empathetically to your end user and are able to distill down the pain points to be solved

• You are comfortable adapting to changing priorities and new initiatives

• You are resourceful and not afraid to get your hands dirty – you're willing to get into the weeds or follow a thread if it helps you get closer to the root of a problem

• You build trust by consistently delivering on your commitments, and intentionally and proactively communicating impediments that may delay those commitments

• You are a team player, and ready to help anyone on your team, or at the company, reach success

We are a mission-driven company, committed to transforming how the world eats. If you're someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about building products that power real-world experiences, you’ll feel at home here.
