About Agoda
At Agoda, we bridge the world through travel. Our story began in 2005, when two lifelong friends and entrepreneurs, driven by their passion for travel, launched Agoda to make it easier for everyone to explore the world.
Today, we are part of Booking Holdings [NASDAQ: BKNG], with a diverse team of over 7,000 people from 90 countries, working together in offices around the globe. Every day, we connect people to destinations and experiences, with our great deals across our millions of hotels and holiday properties, flights, and experiences worldwide.
No two days are the same at Agoda. Data and technology are at the heart of our culture, fueling our curiosity and innovation. If you’re ready to begin your best journey and help build travel for the world, join us.
In Product, ideas come alive. The world moves fast, and our culture is built on ownership, speed, and minimal bureaucracy. This is the environment that empowers you to make decisions, move quickly, and do what you believe is right. Our Product Managers move fast, learn from failure, and continuously iterate.
As a product-centric organization, we work cross-functionally to build products from conception to launch, bringing together engineering, design, data, and business teams. Agoda Product Managers work closely with executive leadership and have high visibility across the organization, with direct impact on the company’s growth and strategy. We put travelers first and aim to create exceptional travel experiences through innovative product thinking.
This role is based in Bangkok/Tokyo based. Our Senior Product Managers are analytical, hands-on, and highly data-driven. They are responsible for building products end-to-end, using analysis, experimentation, and rapid iteration to create solutions that are tailored to traveler needs.
As our next Senior Product Manager, Localization (Japan Market), you will define product strategy and drive execution for experiences serving Japanese travelers. You will partner closely with senior cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, build impactful products, and deliver high-quality solutions for the Japan market.
