Description

Who we are
Founded in 2018 in Dubai, invygo is on a mission to redefine mobility across the Middle East and North Africa. We make car access simple, flexible, and hassle-free - helping people move on their own terms.
With offices in Dubai, Riyadh, and Cairo, and a growing presence across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar, our team is made up of passionate innovators who are bold, dedicated, and driven by impact.
At invygo, you’re not just joining a company, you’re helping shape the future of mobility in MENA. If you’re ready to make a difference, come build the smartest way to move with us.

The role

As our Senior Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of a full business unit and lead a dedicated, multi-disciplinary squad (Engineering, Data, and more) to build and optimize products that matter.
This is more than just a product role. You’ll be at the heart of strategy, execution, and growth, steering products from idea to launch to continuous innovation, and ensuring they deliver measurable business results.

What you’ll do

• Own performance & strategy: Define and deliver the product vision and roadmap, driving growth, efficiency, and outcomes for your business unit.
• Lead a high-performing squad: Mentor and inspire your cross-functional team to work collaboratively and deliver excellence.
• Drive end-to-end product development: From ideation and discovery to launch and optimization, you’ll ensure products meet both user and business needs.
• Manage stakeholders strategically: Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Leadership to align priorities and communicate progress.
• Leverage data & insights: Use market research, A/B testing, and analytics to inform decisions, refine products, and unlock growth opportunities.
• Inspire & evangelize: Share the product vision with clarity and passion—motivating your squad and influencing across the organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years in product, most of it on consumer apps real people use.
• A track record of shipping fast and moving the number that mattered.
• You design the experiment and call the result without fooling yourself.
• Taste. You push for great when fine would pass.
• You stay calm when the brief is vague and the pace is high, because that is the job here.
