Senior Product Manager for Geo at Félix, a fintech building AI-powered remittances and financial services for Latinos in the US. You own product roadmaps for new Latin American markets, lead cross-functional squads, and drive conversion, MAU, and retention through data-driven experimentation.
About Us
At Félix, we are building the indispensable financial companion for Latinos in the US. We combine an AI-powered, conversational-first interface with real-time financial infrastructure to make cross-border money movement as easy as sending a text. Starting with fast, affordable remittances powered by AI and crypto rails, we are expanding into credit, savings, and wallet services to support the complete immigrant financial journey. Our ambition is to deliver a white-glove financial experience with the simplicity of a conversation to a community the traditional financial system has historically overlooked.
We are a hyper-growth Series C company, backed by over $300 million in funding from top-tier global investors, including Andreessen Horowitz, QED, Castle Island, Switch Ventures, HTwenty, Monashees, General Catalyst Customer Value Fund. This isn't just about the numbers; it's a testament to the trust our investors have in our vision and our team. Additionally, Félix was selected as an “Endeavour Entrepreneur” and was a recipient of the CrossTech Fintech Startups Award.
Joining Félix means you will be part of a team building a legacy, a company that will outlive us all. This is a rare opportunity to apply your skills to a deeply meaningful mission—serving a community that has been underserved for too long because we are obsessed with our customers. We get things done with urgency and focus, driven by extreme ownership over our impact. We collaborate without ego, fostering radical transparency and fierce loyalty so we can grow together. Because we aim for insanely great rather than just good enough, we stay insatiably curious—always experimenting, building the future today, and delivering a product that truly makes our users' lives better.
About the Role
As the Senior Product Manager for Geo, you will be the architect of our growth beyond our established borders. You will own the end-to-end user experience of fast-growing markets and/or lead corridor expansion (opening new markets). Your mission is simple but challenging: Design, coordinate and launch new market. Identify where we are failing to provide a "magical experience" in specific regions and solve for it.
This is a high-stakes strategic role. You won’t just be building features; you will be navigating the complexity of product-market fit across multiple cultures simultaneously. You will be responsible for making critical trade-offs, deciding which market gets resources first, and why. You will bridge the gap between local nuances and global scalability, ensuring that as Félix grows across Latin America, we maintain the speed and quality that our users deserve. We need a strategist who can think in systems and an executor who isn't afraid to get on a call with a user in a remote town to understand their specific financial pain points.
Responsibilities
- New Market Roadmap: Propose, drive, and maintain the product roadmap for our emerging markets, ensuring every feature accelerates our foothold in new territories.
- Squad Leadership: Propose quarterly OKRs for your squad and lead cross-functional teams (Eng, Design, Data) to ship high-impact features with urgency.
- KPI Ownership: Take full accountability for funnels and North Star metrics in your assigned markets, specifically driving improvements in CVR (Conversion Rate), MAU (Monthly Active Users), and Retention.
- Strategic Alignment: Act as the primary point of contact for new market performance, aligning with regional stakeholders and leadership on priorities and resource allocation.
- Data-Driven Experimentation: Establish a culture of rigorous testing. Launch experiments, analyze results, and iterate fast based on market-specific data and local behaviors.
- Cultural Mentorship: Collaborate with the broader product team to share best practices on local optimization and how to build for diverse LatAm user bases.
Requirements
- Strategic Trade-offs: Exceptional ability to allocate resources across different markets, understanding the complex balance between local "magic" and global scalability.
- Product Expertise: Proven experience in Product Strategy, Roadmapping, and the full product lifecycle within a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Rigor: Strong data analysis and experimentation skills (SQL, A/B testing, funnel optimization). You let the data lead the way.
- User Obsession & Cultural Fluency: Expert in Market Research. You know how to ask the right questions to uncover local nuances and translate "trust" into product features.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Ability to lead and influence Engineering, Design, Data and Ops teams without formal authority.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the LatAm market and experience in Fintech or Payments is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex regional trade-offs into clear narratives for leadership.
- Language: Advanced English level
These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.
