Senior Product Manager, Code

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to own how people extend Webflow with code, whether they're developers writing it themselves or the AI agents increasingly writing it alongside them. Our Code team builds the surfaces that bring code-based primitives into Webflow and keep them in sync with the rest of the platform.

This is where Webflow's visual canvas meets real code. It's one of the hardest and most interesting seams in the product, connecting a visual way of building to the code underneath it so that neither one holds the other back. You'll own that seam, deciding how far the two worlds reach into each other and making the connection feel native to developers and agents.

About the role:

• Location: Remote-first (Argentina)
• Full-time
• Permanent, full-time employee (this is not a contractor position)
• Application Information:
  • Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
  • This posting is for a new position
• Reporting to the Director of Product Management, Develop

As a Senior Product Manager, Code, you’ll …

• Build for developers and AI agents alike. You'll design surfaces that serve the developers who have always worked in code and the AI agents that increasingly write it, treating both as first-class users.
• Own the roadmap and delivery across the Code surfaces. You'll lead the products that let developers and agents extend Webflow with code, starting with code components, in close partnership with Engineering, Design, and Data.
• Define what "good" means for extensibility. You'll set the quality bar for developer-grade extensibility, including the hard problem of keeping a visual product and real code faithful to each other as each side changes.
• Make it all work as one. Several of these surfaces grew up separately. Sequence the work so the pieces reinforce each other and build shared primitives once, rather than solving the same problem twice.
• Contribute heavily to strategy, then ship it. You'll help shape where the area goes and turn that into a roadmap you deliver against, working as a partner rather than waiting to be handed direction.
• Get into the code. This is a hands-on role. You'll prototype, read and reason about code, and stay close enough to the implementation to make sharp technical calls.
• Place durable bets in a shifting landscape. Developer tooling and AI-assisted coding are moving fast, and you'll make choices that hold up as the tools and the ecosystem evolve.

About you:

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English

You’ll thrive as a a Senior Product Manager, Code, if you:

• Have 5+ years of product management experience, with real depth in developer or platform products. Experience with APIs, extensibility, or developer tooling.
• Are genuinely technical. You read and reason about code, hold a point of view on API and abstraction design, and are comfortable working in a codebase rather than just adjacent to one.
• Relate to your users and hold more than one perspective at once. You have real empathy for the people you build for and can see a problem through several sets of eyes, balancing needs that pull in different directions without losing sight of any of them.
• Enjoy the full craft of building software. You're curious about every part of how products get made and like getting into the details wherever the work needs you, whether that's leading a user interview, prototyping an idea, writing a query to pin down a metric, or writing a sharp brief.
• Work as a peer and a thought partner. You shape direction alongside your manager and then run with it independently, at home in a player-coach partnership rather than a top-down chain of command.
• Stay curious, building fluency in emerging AI and developer tooling to speed up both your own work and your team's.
• Genuinely enjoy helping people build. You like being close to the developers and teammates you serve, and helping someone ship something they couldn't before is the part of the job that keeps it fun.
