We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who can operate beyond a single product area and take ownership of the problems that matter most to our customers and our business.
Our scope spans DAM, Content and Brand experiences, increasingly powered by Agentic AI. Your focus will evolve with the opportunities ahead, rather than being defined by one fixed roadmap.
This is not an easy role. The problems are complex, the scope will move, and not everything will be clearly defined for you. You’ll need to be comfortable figuring things out, making decisions with imperfect information, bringing people with you, and creating momentum where there isn’t an obvious path forward.
This role is for someone who:
Thrives in ambiguity and can quickly make sense of complex problem spaces.
Can move between domains without needing a perfectly defined roadmap or scope.
Takes ownership end-to-end, from identifying the right problem through to measurable impact.
Brings clarity and focus, turning complex challenges into simple, useful product experiences.
Works naturally across functions and builds strong relationships with Engineering, Design, Research, Commercial, Marketing, Customer Success, and customers.
Makes pragmatic decisions, knows when to push and when to simplify, and is comfortable moving fast when needed.
Creates leverage beyond their immediate scope, helping turn product strategy into action.
Is someone people want to work with: low ego, high ownership, direct, curious, and generous with their thinking.
You’ll be a high-impact individual contributor and strategic partner to Product Leadership, stepping into the areas where strong product leadership is needed most.
This isn’t a “run one product” role. It’s for a product leader who can see what needs to happen, create clarity, bring people with them, and get it moving.
What you’ll do
Partner with the Group Product Manager to translate product strategy into clear priorities, initiatives, and outcomes.
Own strategic product initiatives across Content Experiences, core DAM experience, and AI Agents, without being limited to a single product area.
Spot opportunities and gaps across the broader product and experience ecosystem and turn them into actionable initiatives.
Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and other functions to deliver meaningful outcomes.
Connect the dots across teams and products, helping PMs and teams move forward when work spans multiple areas.
Bring a strong customer, brand, and experience lens to product decisions, ensuring the experience is functional, coherent, differentiated, and aligned with our brand.
Take ambiguous problems from framing to execution: understand the problem, develop hypotheses, align people, make decisions, and drive progress.
Represent the customer and user in strategic conversations and make sure their needs remain central to product decisions.
Create structure where it doesn’t naturally exist, particularly for initiatives that cut across team boundaries.
Get into the work when needed. That might mean shaping strategy, talking to customers, challenging assumptions, facilitating alignment, or working through the details with a delivery team.
What we’re looking for
Strong B2B product management experience, with a deep understanding of enterprise customers, their needs, buying environments, and complex workflows.
A collaborative teammate who earns trust, brings people together, and makes others better.
Proven ability to work across product areas and lead initiatives spanning multiple teams.
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to turn uncertainty into clear priorities, decisions, and action.
A strong bias toward ownership and action. You see what needs to happen and make it happen.
Good understanding of brand, customer experience, and user experience, and how to translate these into product decisions.
A solid product and design sensibility, with a focus on creating experiences that are intuitive, useful, and well crafted.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bring different perspectives together and create alignment, including with senior stakeholders.
Experience working closely with Design and Engineering, as well as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Good product judgment: you know when to zoom out and think strategically and when to get into the details.
Comfortable navigating complex organizational environments and influencing without direct authority.
Curious about AI and emerging product experiences, particularly how agents and intelligent experiences can change how customers interact with our product.
A plus
Experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM).
Experience with CMS, content operations, or enterprise content workflows.
Experience with brand management, brand governance, or content management.
Experience building products for creative, marketing, brand, or content teams.
An understanding of the challenges organizations face when managing content and brands at scale.
What success looks like
In this role, success isn't measured by the number of features you ship or by owning a single product area roadmap.
Success looks like:
The Group PM has a trusted partner who extends their capacity and increases their impact.
Strategic initiatives move from ideas to outcomes with greater speed and clarity.
Cross-functional teams are better aligned around important customer and business problems.
Our products and capabilities come together as a connected offering, with a clear value proposition grounded in customer use cases and business needs.
Teams naturally turn to you when an initiative is complex, cross-functional, or strategically important.
You help shape what comes next, rather than simply managing what already exists.
You will thrive here if
You’re curious, sharp, and comfortable not having all the answers.
You ask questions when the path isn’t obvious. You can move between strategy and execution without losing sight of either. You care about the details, but don’t get lost in them. You can zoom out, understand the broader customer and business context, and make decisions accordingly.
You communicate openly, challenge ideas without making things personal, and bring people with you rather than creating friction around you.
You don’t wait for perfect clarity before acting. You create the clarity.
And you take ownership. When something important needs to move forward, you don’t wait to be told what to do.
