At Beam, we’re building AI that serves society.

We're a global team of ambitious, hardworking problem solvers, applying fast-moving startup energy to work that makes the world a better place. If you want to apply your talent to the biggest problems society faces, Beam is the place for you.

You’ll be part of a high-performance culture where you'll make a huge impact, rapidly progress your career, and truly enjoy your work.

Over 100,000 frontline workers already use Beam to take notes, provide live interpretation and handle phone calls, so they can focus on the people who need them most. This is just the beginning.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help bring Beam’s AI to millions of frontline workers across the UK, US, Europe and Australia.

You’ll report to Seb, our co-founder, and work closely with engineers and designers to build AI products that solve real operational problems in sectors like employment, housing and social care.

This is a hands-on product role for someone who loves building.

You’ll spend time:

• shipping product quickly

• working closely with engineers on AI capabilities

• talking directly to users in the field

• iterating rapidly based on real usage

• and raising the bar for product quality and craft

We believe speed is a competitive advantage - especially in the AI era. The best way to discover great products is by shipping, learning and iterating quickly.

If you’re excited by the idea of building AI products that solve messy, real-world problems - not just demos or internal automations - you’ll thrive.

You will:

• Ship quickly and iterate constantly - You’re comfortable operating in fast cycles of discovery and delivery. Rather than spending weeks scoping and writing lengthy specs, you prefer building, testing and learning with real users.

• Obsess over product craft - You care deeply about the details that make products exceptional - speed, reliability, UX clarity, and how tools actually fit into real workflows.

• Work directly with users - You’ll spend time travelling to offices to watch practitioners use the product - understanding how their work actually happens so we can build AI tools that genuinely help.

• Use AI to solve real problems - You’ll work closely with engineers to turn the latest model capabilities into practical, high-impact features that reduce admin and unlock better services.

• Set ambitious goals - You define clear outcomes and hold yourself - and your team - accountable for delivering them.

• Help shape what Beam builds next - You’ll influence product strategy based on what you learn from users, partners and the market.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who

• We're looking for someone who:

  • Cares about the mission - You want your work to matter. You're intrigued by the opportunity to build AI applications that improve essential public services.

  • Has a high-growth, product-first background: You have cut your teeth in fast-paced, early-stage startups or at product-first tech giants. You know how to navigate scale, operate with extreme speed, and hold a very high bar for product craft.

  • Is a data-led, inspiring communicator: You are a high-energy, inspiring speaker who aligns and motivates teams using compelling presentations and data-driven storytelling.

  • Focuses on measurable outcomes: You take pride in shipping high-quality products with measurable results for frontline workers and sweating the details that make them truly useful.

  • Values meticulous execution: You possess world-class project management skills. You don’t just dream up product ideas; you build the structured, detailed roadmaps and execution plans required to actually get them across the finish line.

  • Has a generalist mindset: It's an exciting time to join with new opportunities across the business and you're keen to work on everything from commercial projects, technical tooling, data-led products and everything in between.

If that sounds like the kind of environment where you do your best work, we’d love to hear from you.
