Senior Product Manager - Australia

About us

Syfe is APAC’s leading digital wealth platform, empowering people to build their wealth for a better future. Managing well over US $10 billion in assets and built on the pillars of access, advice and affordability, the platform caters to the different wealth needs of individuals with diversified portfolios, cash management solutions and brokerage. Syfe has operations in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia, and is approaching half a million users.

The right profile

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our holistic wealth management proposition in Australia. This is a newly created role designed to bridge the gap between sophisticated investment products and seamless user experiences for our customers. This role sits within a broader product team, with scope to collaborate across other key experiences like trading or future growth domains.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong product and customer instincts, a bias for action, and an ability to collaborate across marketing, data, engineering, CX, and operations. You’ll thrive on accountability, navigate ambiguity with clarity, and always keep your eyes on what matters most: empowering more Australians to invest optimally for the long term, through the right access, affordability and advice.

Key responsibilities

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for managed wealth products and advisor-facing tools, ensuring they align with Syfe’s broader mission.
• End-to-End Delivery: Lead the full product lifecycle, from initial research and whiteboarding to technical implementation and post-launch iteration to drive the best possible customer experience and outcomes
• Ecosystem Integration: Build cohesive journeys that allow advisors to manage clients efficiently while ensuring the end-client experience remains intuitive and transparent.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Investment Operations, Engineering, Design, and Compliance to navigate the complexities of wealth management and regulatory requirements.
• Data-Informed Prioritization: Use customer feedback and performance data to identify the highest-impact opportunities for portfolio growth and advisor engagement.

Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of product experience, preferably in roles focused on building complex platforms, financial products, or B2B2C solutions.
• Strong customer first mindset and experience to deliver best-in-class experiences to end users.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling new products from the ground up.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and operations.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or digital wealth is highly regarded but not strictly required for a candidate with exceptional product instincts.

• Hunger: We set high standards for ourselves, looking to learn, grow and multiply our impact, while appreciating every opportunity and success along the way.
• Hustle: We drive results collaboratively with passion and perseverance, pushing the limits of innovation to ensure the best outcomes and solutions for our customers.

What you’ll get:

• An office location in Melbourne CBD, with a fully stocked pantry
• Premium Selfwealth trading account & 20 free trades per quarter
• If you’re ready to play a leading role in redefining how Australians invest and want to join a business where your impact will be felt from day one, we’d love to hear from you
