Senior Product Manager at ACRA (within Singapore's GovTech) who shapes and drives the product vision for government digital services — gathering user requirements, prioritizing backlogs, managing budgets and vendors, and coordinating designers, developers and stakeholders to deliver regulatory-compliant solutions. It's a 2-year fixed-term contract role based in Singapore.

Senior Product Managers at ACRA ensure our digital services effectively serve the business community while meeting regulatory requirements. At a high level, they shape and drive the product vision for assigned digital services, translating business and user needs into actionable development plans. On a day-to-day basis, they orchestrate product development by balancing user experience, technical feasibility, and business objectives - working closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
The role involves gathering user requirements, prioritizing features, managing product backlogs, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery. Product Managers also analyze product metrics, gather user feedback, and continuously iterate on solutions to enhance service delivery. They serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that our digital services remain responsive to user needs while meeting regulatory standards.
