Senior Product Designer (UX)

Ready to design where AI actually does the work? We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join DataSnipper and help shape the future of our platform and Excel add-in. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and real-world workflows, designing solutions that don’t just look good, but operate directly within Excel to solve complex audit and finance challenges. If you’re excited about building category-defining products at scale, this is your chance!

Join our dynamic product team as a Senior Product Designer, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our future platform and Excel add-on.

About DataSnipper

Audit and finance are still massively manual and we are changing that. DataSnipper is a $1B, bootstrapped unicorn with 600,000+ users across 180+ countries, already embedded in the daily workflows of top audit and accounting firms.
Now, we are taking things further with our Excel Agent, bringing AI directly into where the work actually happens. Unlike generic AI tools, we do not sit on the sidelines. Our AI operates inside Excel, with access to real documents and audit evidence, meaning it does not just generate answers, it does the work, with full traceability.
We are not just applying AI, we are redefining how audit gets done. If you want to build something category-defining at scale, this is the place.

What You Will Do

• Lead and manage UX research initiatives from start to finish, focusing on uncovering customer needs and pain points through methods such as user journey mapping workshops, usability testing, and in-depth user interviews

• Share valuable insights with the product team regularly, and run design studios and collaboration sessions to explore potential solutions through sketching, wireframing, low and high-fidelity prototyping, while contributing to stakeholder reviews

• Deliver pixel-perfect designs to developers and be on hand to update these designs and respond to feedback in collaboration with the product manager

• Build and maintain a design system in collaboration with the rest of the design team

• Help us make DataSnipper the best place to work as a designer by improving our processes, helping to build design libraries and leveraging your experience to bring the latest and greatest design thinking and practice to our team

What you bring

• Collaborative team spirit where you are able to challenge the status quo and ask questions to get to the right answer
