Omada Health is on a mission to bend the curve of chronic disease.
Job overview:
As a Senior Product Designer on Omada's new care programs and innovation team, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, behavioral researchers, and data scientists to explore, design, prototype, test, and iterate on solutions that help people make lasting changes to their health.
You are a human-centered designer at heart. You deeply understand and champion our users, designing thoughtful, elegant, and effective solutions grounded in real human needs. You thrive in ambiguity, especially in 0 to 1 spaces where the problem is not yet defined and the path forward is yours to shape. You bring a strong point of view grounded in user insight, product thinking, and craft.
Our tight-knit team of designers is obsessed with creating delightful, engaging, and inclusive programs for lifelong health, medical care, and behavior change. We combine behavioral psychology, data science, and user insight to create experiences that are intuitive and impactful across a wide range of users.
Omada was founded in 2011 out of IDEO, where our founders explored how human-centered design could be applied to chronic health challenges. What began as an internal project grounded in deep user research evolved into a new approach to digital care.
That origin continues to shape how we work today. We place a strong emphasis on understanding real human needs, designing from first principles, and creating experiences that are not only effective, but engaging and thoughtfully crafted.
Design is not a layer at Omada. It is foundational to how we build products, make decisions, and deliver care.
Benefits:
It takes a village to change health care. As we build together toward our mission, we strive to embody the following values in our day-to-day work. We hope these hold meaning for you as well as you consider Omada!
About Omada Health: Omada Health (Nasdaq: OMDA) is reverse engineering the way healthcare is delivered in America, putting the space between doctor visits–where health is won or lost–at the center of care. Today's healthcare system poorly serves chronic conditions that require ongoing support outside of the exam room, like obesity, diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, and musculoskeletal conditions. Omada’s virtual-first model combines human-led care teams, connected devices, and AI-enabled technology to deliver personalized care at scale, including support for GLP-1 therapy. Omada has served more than two million members since launch across 2,000+ employers, health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and health systems. Learn more at omadahealth.com.
