• Bring a systems-thinking lens to the conversation and connect the dots between user insights and business goals to create experiences that keep millions of customers safe every day.
• Drive impact by framing problems and exploring solutions in collaboration with user research, UX writing, product management, engineering, marketing, and data science to deliver best in class experiences. You will have the opportunity to lead through influence.
• Design end-to-end flows that involve multiple personas – IT Admin, Security admins, End-user – and consider complex use cases that span the Okta portfolio ensuring that every user of Okta can do their work efficiently while staying secure.
• Perfect the details to design scalable and usable design patterns that drive a lasting impact, ensuring they not only meet a high bar for design quality and efficiency but also enhance efficiency and consistency across the product.
