The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Growth team, where you will shape the end-to-end experience that brings new users into the Superhuman ecosystem and drives meaningful activation, retention, and expansion. You will partner closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to design experiences that are both delightful and measurably effective.

In This Role, You Will:

• Own the design of key growth surfaces including onboarding, activation flows, referral programs, and upgrade moments across Superhuman’s product suite

• Design the full journey, not isolated touchpoints — connecting key user moments into a coherent end-to-end experience instead of optimizing screens in isolation

• Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into clear, compelling design solutions that move growth metrics

• Drive experimentation — define hypotheses, design A/B tests, and iterate rapidly based on results

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth PM, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to align on strategy and ship high-quality work

• Contribute to and evolve Superhuman’s design system, ensuring consistency and quality at scale

• Bring a sharp eye for craft, including typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. You will help elevate the quality bar of everything the team ships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, with at least 2 years focused on growth, conversion, or lifecycle design

• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work with measurable business impact

• Deep experience with experimentation and data-informed design decision-making

• Proficiency in Figma and a working knowledge of prototyping tools

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills — you can articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike

• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high ambiguity

We also celebrate our colleagues and accomplishments with global, local, and team-specific programs.

• Comprehensive benefits for candidates based in Germany: Superhuman offers all team members competitive pay along with a benefits package encompassing life care (including mental health care and risk benefits) and ample and defined time off. We also offer support to set up a home office, wellness and pet care stipends, learning and development opportunities, and more.

• Relocation Support: Superhuman provides comprehensive relocation support to make your move to Berlin seamless. Our package includes visa assistance, destination services to help you and your family settle in comfortably, and a relocation bonus to cover additional expenses, such as temporary housing.
