Senior product designer at Fellow, an AI-powered collaborative meeting assistant, owning design end to end — identifying problems, creating high-polish prototypes, and shipping UI/UX across web, desktop, mobile, and Chrome extension, including coding front-end improvements and contributing to a shared component library.
About the role
At Fellow, we’re building a collaborative, agentic assistant that makes the moments before, during, and after meetings more valuable. Behind that simplicity is significant complexity spanning devices, platforms, permissions, and integrations. Design’s role is to make it feel effortless and intuitive.
Designers at Fellow have unusually broad ownership. We don’t have a traditional product function where requirements are handed to you to execute. Instead, designers identify problems, propose solutions, guide implementation, and work closely with others to bring their ideas to market.
This role is for someone comfortable with ambiguity, responsibility, and owning outcomes from ideation through launch and beyond. If you’ve longed to operate across both design and product, but haven’t had the freedom to do so, read on.
