Senior Product Designer

Product at Easygo

At Easygo, product is at the centre of everything we do. From launching new ventures to scaling global platforms, our product teams operate at the intersection of user needs, technical innovation, and strategic growth.

We're a technology company, focused on building products that create value and are exciting. Our default ambition here is why wouldn't we build this. For Product teams that means broad scope, a high standard, real ownership of a domain, and a short distance between an idea and something live. The pace is deliberate, and so is the ambition behind it. You won't be waiting your turn.

Why Join Us?

As part of the product team at Easygo, you'll be empowered to lead, build, and shape products that reach millions of users globally. You'll work cross functionally with Product, Engineering, Business Operations, Marketing, and Data to deliver exceptional experiences.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to work across two different parts of our business: Sportsbook Core and Trust & Compliance.

We're not going to pretend these two domains are neatly related. One is focused on the worlds best Sportsbook experience and the other is helping us dominate globally. They pull in different directions, on different clocks, with different stakeholders.

That's the job, and that's deliberately who we're hiring for.

This is a senior IC role for someone who is a builder and a product thinker. You'll be expected to be obsessed with our product and not just how it looks. You'll need to hold context across multiple roadmaps, prioritise ruthlessly, work at pace without waiting to be told what's next, and be entirely unprecious about your own output when the evidence or the constraint says otherwise.

How You Thrive

You'll thrive here if you're energised by breadth, comfortable with ambiguity, and genuinely enjoy a puzzle of turning something into an experience players actually understand and trust.

• You default to action. You'd rather ship something good and learn than perfect something in isolation.
• You bring energy and urgency to everything you do, because pace is contagious, and so is its absence.
• You have respectful interaction. Speed is not an excuse for bad behaviour. We move fast but not at the expense of how we treat each other.
• You're curious about the domain, the customer, the regulation, the competitor, and the tool you haven't tried yet.
• You're pragmatic. You know the difference between the hill worth dying on and the one that just costs you a sprint.
• You care more about the outcome than the credit.
• You have thick skin and use it constructively.
• You work respectfully.
• You translate insights into actionable design decisions that enhance engagement, clarity, and conversion.
• You embrace experimentation.
• You are a system thinker who adopts or feeds product standards with scale and reusability in mind.

Experience and Skills

• Demonstrated experience product design, with real examples of care and end to end ownership.
• A portfolio that shows your thinking, not just your screens. We want to see the problem you were handed, what you did with it, and what you would do differently now.
• Evidence that you move quickly without dropping quality. You can talk about something you shipped under real pressure and what you deliberately chose not to do.
• A habit of changing your mind. You can point to work where research, data, or a constraint sent you back to the start, and that didn't bother you.
• Experience holding more than one thing at once, across multiple squads, domains, or roadmaps, and a clear way of deciding what gets your attention.
• The ability to make a case. You can explain a design decision to an engineer, a lawyer, and a commercial stakeholder in the same meeting and have all three follow you.
• Visible investment in your own practice. You can describe how your craft has changed in the last year, including how you are using AI in your work.

Bonus points if you also have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Demonstrated mentorship or coaching of junior designers.
• Familiarity with design systems at scale.
• Strategic mindset with an ability to connect user needs with business goals.
