You'll also share what you know with the other team members, help elevate our UX maturity, and participate in bringing AI tools into our workflow.

Finalists will be asked to perform a short, on-camera design exercise as part of the interview process.

7 years' experience with 2+ years designing transactional consumer-facing products in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or another highly regulated complex domain.

Ability to work with a product owner and diverse stakeholders to understand and define complex business requirements within legacy technical systems.

Demonstrated skill delivering high-quality Figma mocks and prototypes with minimal guidance, including responsive layouts, conditional states, documentation, and accessibility requirements.

Capability for mentoring and reviewing the work of other designers.

Experience performing UX research and usability testing, as well as turning insights into concrete design decisions.
