Senior Process Engineer

Corintis offers innovative microfluidic cooling technologies for AI chips/GPUs and CPUs used in data centres. Working with many of the world's largest tech companies, our solutions improve compute sustainability and tackle the excessive electricity consumption associated with data centre cooling, which consumes more electricity than New York and London combined.

Ranked as the No.1 Engineering startup in Switzerland for 2025, Corintis offers a friendly and team-oriented workplace, bringing together over 105 people from over 35 nationalities to solve the most significant computing challenges of tomorrow. Based on the EPFL Campus in St. Sulpice, we are closely connected to the local ecosystem and are located a few minutes walk from Lake Geneva.

The Role

Corintis has proven its technology, and it is now is scaling. Our microfluidic cold plates are moving into volume production with some of the world's leading AI infrastructure players in Lausanne and through our manufacturing partners in Europe and Asia. This role exists to make that ramp fast, clean and repeatable, product after product.

As Senior Process Engineer, you own the industrialization path. Inside our NPI projects you work with Hardware Development, Quality and Supply Chain to turn each new design into a manufacturable, qualified process. With our manufacturing partners you then transfer it, prove it on their equipment and bring it to rate. You define the process windows, control plans and acceptance criteria that let every new product industrialize faster than the one before it.

You will report to the Manufacturing Manager. The impact of this role is visible and measurable: how quickly a new product reaches stable volume production, and how much qualified capacity comes online with it.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the industrialization of new cold plate products

• Be the manufacturing owner inside NPI projects

• Build the process packages that make transfer straightforward

• Run the transfer to our contract manufacturers

• Drive yield and process capability through each ramp

• Work with our technology and equipment partners on materials, consumables and process parameters, and support equipment qualification and ramp at each site

• Define what we measure and how

• Support the scale-up roadmap

• Mentor process technicians and junior engineers, and set the standard for process discipline and documentation in the team

Requirements

• 6+ years of process engineering experience in industrialization or NPI

• Proven experience transferring a process to a contract manufacturer and qualifying it
