This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and cross-functional execution, helping to transform how Realtor.com captures value, aligns pricing across offerings, and enables sustainable revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings a mix of strategic thinking, financial acumen, and data fluency, along with a passion for using experimentation to inform monetization decisions.
Realtor.com is redefining its client value proposition through smarter, data-informed product pricing and packaging strategies. The Senior Pricing Strategy Analyst will play a pivotal role in this transformation, bridging Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to develop scalable, customer-centric monetization models that drive long-term success.

You will help define how Realtor.com approaches monetization in a competitive and fast-moving marketplace, providing the analytical backbone for pricing and product decisions that enable a culture of experimentation and data-driven growth.
Top Reasons to Apply
Massive White Space & High Visibility: Over the past year, Realtor.com has successfully stood up a brand-new Pricing Organization. We’ve built the data foundation; now, we are in Phase 2—hardening the function and scaling it out. If you love being in the spotlight and want a massive say in shaping a critical business function from the ground up, this is your stage.
Highly Valued Executive Investment: This team isn't tucked away in a back room—it is one of the most heavily backed, highly valued investment areas within the company. You will have a front-row seat to a significant roadmap of strategic initiatives, giving your work direct, measurable airtime with executive leadership.
Move Beyond the Dashboards: We aren't looking for someone to maintain Power BI dashboards or pull passive data tickets. We already have talented data scientists and analysts. We need a commercially minded strategist who can look at pricing mechanics, understand market dynamics, and drive actual revenue strategy.
We balance creativity and innovation on a foundation of in-person collaboration. For most roles, our employees work four or more days in our Austin headquarters, where they have the opportunity to collaborate in-person, adding richness to our culture and knitting us closer together.
Realtor.com is committed to investing in the health and wellbeing of our employees and their families. Our benefits programs include, but are not limited to:
