About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior PPC / Performance Marketing Manager to join our team full-time.
You will manage and optimize lead generation campaigns for US-based businesses, working across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid acquisition channels.
If you're passionate about performance marketing, enjoy optimizing funnels, and love making data-driven decisions, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns for the US market.
Optimize lead generation funnels and landing pages.
Improve CPL, conversion rates, and lead quality.
Work with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Use AI tools to improve research, reporting, and campaign optimization.
Collaborate with a small, highly experienced team.

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on PPC / Paid Media experience.
Strong Google Ads and Meta Ads experience.
Experience managing campaigns for the US market.
Experience with lead generation campaigns.
Strong knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Ability to work full-time during US PST hours.

Yelp Ads.
CallRail.
Automation tools (Zapier, Make).
