Be bold, think big and grow with us!
At MARKT-PILOT, we're on a mission to create real value for the industrial manufacturing industry and set a new standard in the spare parts business. As a fast-growing B2B scale-up, we enable comprehensive market transparency for the first time. MP ONE, our unified Pricing Performance platform, is at the heart of that: giving manufacturers the clarity to understand their market, the confidence to price decisively, and the control to measure what matters. To achieve this, we combine strong momentum with clear intention: we learn quickly, test constantly, and trust our teams with the autonomy and flexibility to turn ideas into outcomes.
It's an environment shaped by hands-on builders who challenge the status quo, take ownership and are driven to solve real problems with bold thinking and action. Join a team that moves fast, grows smarter every step, and succeeds together.
Are you ready? 🚀
Join us as a (Senior) Platform Engineer (f/m/d) and help us evolve.
Your Mission
- Own reliability and performance across our cloud platform: define and drive SLOs, monitoring, and incident response in a fast-moving production environment
- Lead complex Azure cloud deployments end to end, from planning and design through rollout and operations
- Build and evolve automation and infrastructure-as-code so our platform stays reliable, secure, and easy to operate at scale
- Champion platform tooling with other teams. Success is measured by adoption, not just delivery, so you work directly with teams to embed what you build
- Partner with our Cloud Architect and cross-functional teams to shape and deliver the cloud vision and roadmap
- Act as a Senior engineer who mentors others and multiplies the impact of the whole team
Your Skills
- Deep, hands-on observability and reliability experience: SLOs, monitoring, incident ownership, and modern stacks like Azure Monitor, Datadog, Prometheus, or similar in real production environments
- Proven experience running Kubernetes (AKS or similar) at meaningful production scale, not just in sandboxes or personal projects
- Strong Terraform or equivalent IaC background, you automate by default and avoid ClickOps
- Solid CI/CD pipeline expertise and cloud security fundamentals, including IAM, least privilege, encryption, and compliance
- Clear track record of driving adoption of the tooling you build across other teams, this is a must-have, not a nice-to-have
- You aim for technical excellence, but know that shipping 80% today often beats chasing 101% forever
- You do not wait for permission, you take initiative, drive work to completion, and stand behind the solutions you deliver
Don't tick all the boxes yet? That's more opportunity for growth. Contact us anyway, and let's grow together.
