Financial & Operational Management

• Oversee dealership payment processes and ensure timely settlement of partner payables.
• Monitor commercial performance, pricing structures, margins, and partnership profitability.
• Work closely with Finance to manage payment cycles, reconciliation processes, and financial obligations to dealership partners.
• Ensure operational processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Growth, and Product teams to deliver partnership goals.
• Represent invygo professionally within the Saudi automotive ecosystem and maintain strong industry relationships.

Requirements
