About This Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Partner, Chief of Staff to serve Cascade's Executive Team and help shape and drive some of the company's highest-priority work. As a 300+ person, 100% employee-owned company that has grown quickly, Cascade needs additional capacity and focus across company strategy, Board governance, executive communications, and cross-functional initiatives.

You'll also need to influence and move work forward across the organization, frequently without formal authority.
You'll combine transformative AI fluency by leveraging technology to build tools and workflows that enhance team effectiveness with exceptional judgment and emotional intelligence to drive impact across the organization.
If you thrive on ambiguous, high-impact work, are an exceptional communicator, and enjoy building the systems and solutions that help senior leaders and organizations operate at their best, we want to talk to you.
