The ideal candidate combines advanced paid media expertise with strong analytical thinking, a testing mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement. This full-time remote opportunity offers the chance to contribute to ambitious e-commerce growth strategies while developing toward more strategic and client-facing responsibilities.

• Paid Social Campaign Management: Plan, build, manage, optimize, and scale paid social campaigns, primarily across Meta, with opportunities to support TikTok, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms.

• Paid Search Optimization: Manage and optimize Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns, balancing paid search and paid social investments according to account objectives and performance.

• Portfolio Management: Oversee day-to-day campaign execution across multiple e-commerce and select lead-generation accounts, including high-spend and creative-intensive brands.

• Performance and Growth Optimization: Monitor campaign results, identify growth opportunities, and proactively test audiences, creative assets, budgets, and campaign structures to improve profitability and business outcomes beyond platform-level metrics.

• Measurement, Reporting, and Insights: Analyze campaign performance using appropriate attribution and measurement methodologies, including multi-touch attribution (MTA), marketing mix modeling (MMM) concepts, conversion-lift testing, and incrementality analysis.

• Forecasting and Recommendations: Translate performance data into clear insights, trends, challenges, forecasts, scenarios, and actionable recommendations for media strategists and clients.

• AI-Enabled Marketing Execution: Use AI and automation tools to improve account analysis, reporting, forecasting, scenario planning, creative briefing, campaign auditing, optimization, and overall operational efficiency.

• Creative and Strategic Collaboration: Partner with media strategists and creative teams to develop informed recommendations, support AI-assisted ad copy creation, and contribute to creative direction and testing strategies.

• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with the Director of Paid Media, media strategists, account managers, and creative specialists to achieve client objectives, address emerging needs, and support ongoing account growth.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to refine campaign processes, strengthen measurement practices, and expand strategic contributions across the paid media function.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience managing, optimizing, and scaling paid social campaigns, particularly on Meta.

• Proven experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.

• Senior-level experience in e-commerce performance marketing, with the ability to connect paid media performance to business growth, customer acquisition, and profitability.

• Strong understanding of media measurement and attribution, including MTA, MMM concepts, conversion-lift testing, and incrementality.

• Experience managing multiple client accounts, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similarly fast-paced, multi-client environment.

• Advanced practical proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for analysis, reporting, forecasting, and workflow optimization.

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex campaign data, develop hypotheses, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to explain performance findings clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple accounts.

• Relevant paid media or advertising platform certifications are an advantage.

• Confidence in client-facing environments and the ability to communicate insights and build trusted relationships are preferred.

• Interest in expanding into creative strategy, including developing creative briefs, messaging angles, and testing recommendations based on media performance, is a plus.

• Experience supporting brands in apparel, supplements, wellness, or lead-generation industries is beneficial.

• Work arrangement and schedule: The position is advertised as remote from the Philippines, with a fixed Monday–Friday schedule of 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Candidates should confirm location eligibility, as the original posting specifies the Philippines rather than the United States.

Benefits:

• Additional compensation: 13th-month pay.

• Healthcare: Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage.

• Additional perks: Fringe benefits.

• Paid leave: Paid Service Incentive Leave (SIL).
