Your Role

Senior Operations Program Manager

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Life Insurance, Paid/Flexible Time Off, Paid Sick Leave, and Holiday Pay

As a Sr Operations Program Manager, you will lead this end-to-end consolidation effort with precision, foresight, and cross-functional collaboration, drive efficiency, reduce operational complexity, and support long-term growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

Program Strategy & Governance

Build and manage the master program plan, which includes key milestones, interdependencies, risk registers, and resourcing models.
Develop governance practices to support faster, clearer decision-making in a matrixed environment.

Maintain executive-level reporting, program dashboards, and progress updates.

Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership

Lead facility transitions, equipment relocations, and site readiness efforts — ensuring production and cost efficiency continuity.
Coordinate across HR, Legal, Finance, IT, Operations, and Plant Management — acting as the central hub for all workstreams.

Identify bottlenecks and surface issues early and manage them through structured problem-solving.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

Translate complex plans into clear, action-focused communication for diverse audiences, from the shop floor to the boardroom.
Facilitate alignment across multiple leaders and decision-makers, helping to clarify priorities, roles, and timing.

Partner closely with local site leaders, many of whom are stepping into large-scale change for the first time.

Change Management Integration

Support change efforts related to workforce transitions, employee engagement, and morale during consolidation.

Align people, processes, and technology changes into a cohesive implementation plan

Contingency & Risk Management

Prepare structured “what-if” scenarios and contingency plans for common risks, such as construction delays, equipment failure, or unexpected talent attrition.

Help the business stay flexible and focused as plans evolve in real-time.

What We’d Like to See from You

Required Qualifications

8–12 years of program or project management experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations
Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-site transformation efforts (e.g., plant consolidations, M&A integration)
Strong knowledge of production operations, logistics, and workforce planning
Excellent cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills
Adept with project management and collaboration tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Teams, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (PMP, Lean, Six Sigma) preferred

Culture Fit – What It Takes to Thrive Here

You bring structure to ambiguity. You’re energized by environments that lack fully built systems and know how to create order without waiting for permission.
You guide the guide-less. You’re comfortable working with leaders who are strong operators but may be new to strategic change. You meet people where they are — and help them level up.
You influence without a big team. We have a lean-back office, so you won’t have a big legal, HR, or finance department behind every task. You know how to partner, pitch in, and move the work forward without extra layers.
You’re diplomatic but decisive. In a multi-decision-maker environment, you know how to gather input, build alignment, and drive toward a decision.

You think in frameworks but work in realities. You understand the theory but thrive in getting things done in real, imperfect workplaces with resource constraints.

What Success Looks Like

Sites are successfully consolidated into with minimal production disruption.

Clear project plans, decisions, and timelines are visible and tracked across all levels.
Site leaders feel supported and not overwhelmed, and employees stay engaged throughout the transition.
Leadership is confident, informed, and aligned through each phase of execution.
