About Latitude.sh
At Latitude.sh, we don't just build digital infrastructure; we reimagine what that infrastructure can do. In our AI & Machine Learning pod, that means powering the bare-metal compute, training runs, and inference workloads behind some of the most demanding AI builds on the planet. We're a caffeine-fuelled, meme-slinging squad on a mission to make AI infrastructure simple, agile, and endlessly scalable.
Launched in 2019, Latitude.sh provides automated, global Bare Metal infrastructure with cloud-like flexibility. Recently acquired by Megaport, we are now integrating high-performance compute with world-class connectivity to power the next generation of AI and enterprise workloads at scale.
Why Latitude.sh + Megaport?
At Latitude.sh, you’ll be part of a lean, agile team where your work truly matters. From day one, you’ll have ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real impact through innovation and creative problem-solving.
Together with Megaport, we embrace a collaborative, low-hierarchy culture where curiosity drives growth, diversity is valued, and customers are at the center of everything we do. We’re proud to be an inclusive company and welcome talent from all backgrounds. If our values resonate with you, we’d love to meet you.
The Network Team at Latitude.sh is a critical pillar in ensuring stable, secure, and high-performance connectivity for our customers. We operate a robust, complex, and constantly evolving global network infrastructure that supports bare-metal and cloud-adjacent workloads.
Our environment includes carrier-grade routing, switching, security, and monitoring systems, working closely with multiple transit providers and data centers worldwide. The team is hands-on, deeply technical, and driven by ownership, reliability, and continuous improvement.
We are looking for a Senior Network Operations Analyst to join our Network Team, capable of handling operational excellence, incident response, and proactive improvements in a production-critical environment.
